Returns & Complaints

Return of Goods

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition.
Always include the tracking number when returning a parcel.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the purchase price will be refunded.
All returns must first be registered with our customer service team.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by the consumer (for example, wrong size, wrong choice, or unwanted item), the consumer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
The specific cost depends on the shipping company you choose — for returns from Canada, we recommend using Canada Post for reliable and trackable service.

If the return is due to our mistake — such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items — the consumer is not required to bear any shipping costs. In these cases, the return shipping will be covered by us.

I Received a Faulty or Damaged Item

Please contact our support team immediately and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The item that is damaged

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographic evidence

📦 If your parcel was damaged during delivery:
Take a photo and send it to customer service within 7 days of delivery.
⚠️ Without confirmation from our support team, we cannot issue a refund, credit note, or replacement.

I Received the Wrong Item

Please contact our support team immediately and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the item you did not receive

  • The name of the item you did receive

  • A photo of the received item

Exchanges

Exchanges are not possible.
If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the unwanted product according to the return policy.
